How to properly grow

The growing of arugula seedlings doesn't require much effort and is possible even on the windowsill:

  • Substrate - use hydroponics, coconut fiber, linen mat, and even use paper or gauze. Before sowing, moisten the substrate well.
  • The temperature is optimally 18-22 ° C, without drafts.
  • Light - arugula likes good lighting, but avoids direct sunlight.
  • Watering - keep the substrate moderately moist, avoiding waterlogging.

It is possible to cut off the arugula microgreens when the sprouts reach 5-7 cm in height, several days they can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container.
