How to properly grow

In order to get a good harvest, you need to follow basic simple rules:

  • Substrate - anything water-containing is suitable: coconut fiber, linen mat, perlite, vermiculite, or hydroponic mat. Moisten slightly before sowing.
  • Temperature is optimal at 18-22 °C. Avoid drafts and direct sunlight.
  • Light - requires sufficient light for normal growth and development (at least 12 hours a day).
  • Watering is regular but moderate, it is better to water from a spray bottle, preventing the substrate from completely drying out.

Raab cabbage microgreens are ready for consumption when the first true leaves appear on the sprouts. This usually happens 7-10 days after sowing. It is desirable to use the cut greens immediately for food; keep them in the refrigerator for no more than 3-5 days in a tightly closed container.

Raab microgreens have many uses in cooking. It can be added to various dishes, giving them freshness, flavor, and piquancy. It's perfectly combined with various vegetables, fruits, cheeses, nuts, and herbs. Raab microgreens are an ideal addition to salads, sandwiches, and burgers.
