How to properly grow

To grow coriander microgreens, it is important to observe the basic conditions:

  • Substrate - can be used hydroponics, perlite, coconut fiber, even cotton wool or gauze. The main thing is that the substrate must breathe well and allow moisture to pass through.
  • The temperature is optimal in the range of 18 - 23 °C.
  • Light - needs sufficient lighting, but try not to place the container with seedlings in the bright sun so as not to burn the young leaves.
  • Watering - with clean water, make sure that the substrate is always slightly moist.
  • Usually it is 1-2 times a day, and it's better to use a spray bottle.

Cut off the cilantro microgreens when you see 2-4 true leaves. You can store the cut sprouts in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator for no more than 4-5 days.

Using microgreens

Young coriander sprouts are great for adding to salads, soups, omelets, sandwiches, main dishes, and even drinks. With the help of cilantro microgreens, it's easy to add a special flavor and aroma to dishes and create a unique atmosphere at the table.
