More delicate than adult basil, it's perfect for Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.

How to properly grow
How to properly grow
To avoid making mistakes when growing basil seedlings, follow these basic rules:
- Substrate - use soil, coconut fiber, perlite, vermiculite, linen napkins, or hydroponics.
- The capacity is small; a tray, container, or special germination kit is suitable.
- The temperature is moderate, between 18 and 25°C.
- Light - basil needs enough light for normal development and photosynthesis. It can grow in both natural and artificial light.
- Watering - as needed to keep the substrate slightly moist. It's better to use a spray bottle.
Basil microgreens can usually be cut 10-14 days after sowing, when they reach a height of 10 cm and form the first true leaves. The cut greens are best eaten immediately; stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
