How to properly grow
Growing wheat microgreens doesn't require much time and effort, and doesn't take up much space. The main rules are:
- Use soil, coconut fiber, vermiculite, perlite, hydroponics, linen matting, and other types of substrate. The most important thing is that it should absorb moisture well.
- It's better to soak the seeds for 8-12 hours in advance to swell them. Keep the temperature between 18-22 °C.
- The substrate should always be kept moist, sprinkle with a spray bottle if necessary (1-2 times a day).
- Wheat microgreens are ready at a height of 20 cm. Cutting it if necessary, as it quickly loses its useful properties. Keep in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container for no more than 2-3 days.

Juicy green wheat sprouts give dishes a fresh and delicate taste.
